----------
After 4 days recovering from a bronchitis today i´m gonna make it. Rest is over and i´ll try to run to see how i´m feeling. What worries me the most is my gluteus slight pain. It really feels good at the moment, but somehow i still feel it and i am afraid it comes back again if i don´t go smart.
So i´m going to take it really slow, and start running easy today, paying attention to every sign my body would send.
The long running i should have done Sunday i am going to skip it until Wednesday, so i´ll be having bit more than a week of active resting before Húetor. I´ll be going out for short, easy runs and some fartlek work.
I have decided to start writing my posts in both English and Spanish. The reason is that i am surprised of the amount of visits i´m having from outside of Spain, and i would like to get to all that people without the language barrier. I never thought this blog could be counting more than 3.000 visits in such a short time and even more, coming from places all around the world. So, I hope you guys don´t need Google translator anymore.
Me encanta.
